FAQs
Where are you located?
NINTH HOUSE is a Chicago-based brand. Every order is printed to order and shipped from within the United States. Nothing is warehoused, nothing sits in a box waiting. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only. We'd rather do one market properly than half-serve a dozen. Sign up for our newsletter to hear when that changes.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email so you know exactly when it's arriving.
What materials are your products made of?
Our shirts are 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed for a lived-in feel from day one, with a substantial structure designed to withstand long nights.
