Our 30-Day Guarantee

Every NINTH HOUSE tee is printed to order, just for you. If something isn't right, email us at support@theninthhouse.studio with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out.

Wrong size
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Changed your mind
Send the tee back unworn and unwashed within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is on you. Please email us before sending anything so we can match your return to your order.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a free replacement. You don't need to send anything back. If a replacement isn't possible, we will refund you in full.
